Sofie Viaros

Sofie holds a degree in Political Science and Marketing, which has equipped her with the skills to effectively build and manage relationships. With a career in preconstruction real estate that began in 2005, she has accumulated a wealth of experience across various roles. Sofie entered the industry as a marketing and project administrative coordinator with a Toronto high-rise developer, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies, legal documentation, project operations and developments, while managing projects from initiation through to completion.

Over time, Sofie transitioned into sales, leading sales teams and the interior product team on several high-rise Toronto projects. She successfully managed sales targets, collaborated on floorplan designs, project suites finishes and built strong relationships with vendors, realtors and clients. She has contributed to the successful launch and sales of key high-rise projects worth several hundred million dollars. Since joining Baker in 2021, Sofie’s combined expertise in operations, sales, and marketing has played a key role in numerous projects.
