Kim Morris

Baker Team Member since 2008, Kim holds the positions of Director of Human Resources, Broker Manager and Chief Compliance Officer.

With decades of successfully selling real estate as a Broker, a strong work ethic and a never-ending affinity for learning, she applies herself to these roles with a positive and collaborative approach and oversees the compliance of regulatory requirements and internal procedures and policies.

Kim’s penchant for giving back also shows as she has represented Baker on various committees with TRREB and BILD.
