Zach Brandwein
Zach began his career in real estate during his teenage years, working summer jobs at the head office of a leading Toronto developer. His passion for the industry has only grown since. Over the years, he has held various roles in marketing, land sales, administration, management, and technology. Today, Zach brings this diverse experience to his role as Manager of Training and Staffing, where he leads efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while overseeing critical training and staffing functions across the organization.
Zach earned a B.A. in Law from Carleton University in 2009 and became a licensed Sales Representative with RECO in 2011. He is a two-time recipient of the prestigious BILD Award for Best Salesperson or Team, winning in both the low-rise (2020) and high-rise (2024) categories. In addition to his sales achievements, Zach co-chairs Baker’s Joint Health and Safety Committee, drawing on his expertise gained through a post-graduate Diploma in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College, which he completed in 2013.
