Todd Nishimura
Prior to joining Baker, Todd was Senior Director – Leasing, Marketing and Communications at GWL Realty Advisors Residential. In this role, he was responsible for all leasing efforts across the 10,000 unit multi-residential portfolio as well as leading and directing all brand, digital and social marketing strategies and communication efforts. While at GWLRA, Todd led the lease up for nine new multi-family developments in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Halifax, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax. He led the introduction of “The Livmore” brand which comprises four developments in two provinces. Prior to joining GWLRA in 2013, Todd has held sales and marketing positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The Campbell Soup Company. He holds an HBA from Western University and an MBA from Queen’s University. Todd’s interests include popular culture, professional sports and distance running, most recently having completed the 2023 Brooklyn Half Marathon.
