Before being appointed Vice President of Baker Real Estate’s newly launched commercial division, Linda Ta played a key role in 95 Corporate Centre, one of Baker’s first commercial launches. Her innovative strategies, rapid adaptability, and results-driven sales approach ensured the project achieved over 95% sold status in a challenging market and opened the door to new commercial opportunities. This groundbreaking success underscores Linda’s ability to bring her expertise and distinctive approach to the commercial sector.

Linda’s 15-year career in real estate has seen her launch and spearhead over 26 high-profile developments in the Greater Toronto Area, contributing to more than $4 billion in transactions. Her work with top-tier builders has included some of the city’s most prestigious projects, notably Forma, designed by world-renowned architect and award-winning visionary Frank Gehry. Her extensive experience spans diverse property types, including high-rise condominiums, luxury homes, townhomes, and commercial office and retail.

Linda’s academic foundation includes an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. Prior to her career in real estate, she excelled as a Project Manager at IBM Canada, leading global, multimillion-dollar initiatives for Fortune 500 clients.
