Tirso joined Baker over a decade ago, bringing with him a resilient background in mortgage financing and a deep technical foundation in web development and IT. He began his tenure as a Project Manager and has since transitioned into his current role as Operations Manager. This evolution from project-level execution to high-level operations has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the business, enabling him to apply an unrelenting commitment to process optimization and a mastery of digital advertising.
