Baker Welcomes New Vp Manling Lau
Baker Real Estate Incorporated is pleased to announce that ManLing Lau has joined the company as Vice President, effective May 3rd, 2021. Over 23 years, she has gained a reputation for providing exceptional insight, support and service to developers and buyers in Toronto’s pre-construction condominium market, all of which she brings to Baker.
“ManLing has the depth of knowledge and experience that will take our project launches and sales to the next level,” said Baker CEO, Barbara Lawlor. “She understands how to customize the strategy for every project and how to build a long-term relationship with clients.”
ManLing was previously with Market Vision, most recently as vice-president of sales. She has been involved with, managed and sold over 80 pre-construction condominium projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area including: 55C, 88 Queen, Reina, Scout, Scoop, One Valhalla, Park Terrace, Waterworks, Queensway Park, 88 North, Ivy, 383 Sorauren, Massey Tower, Smart House, Gramercy Park, Ellipse and Waterclub.
“I was drawn to Baker by the truly diverse range of projects and clients,” said ManLing. “I love the challenge of unlocking a new launch, working with developers to determine what approach fits with their vision, their project, and the data analysis.”
That passion for working with developers is matched by her love working with clients to transform a floor plan into a home. “I love the excitement that comes as a project takes shape and the buyer’s dreams start to materialize,” she added.
ManLing will build on the strength of Baker’s current team, which has propelled it to a leading role in the marketing of pre-construction condominiums in Toronto and Montreal. It recently launched BakerWest to serve clients in the Vancouver market.
Baker is a member of Toronto-based Peerage Realty Partners.
