As Chief Operating Officer of Baker, Jean Marc oversees all aspects of the delivery of Baker’s premiere, market-leading services to its clients and is accountable for ensuring the smooth performance of Baker’s Operations. This includes ensuring excellence in delivering value to Baker’s clients and promoting the continuous improvement and scalability of “The Baker Way” in close collaboration with all teams. 

Jean Marc joined Baker in January 2023, bringing with him a wealth of strategy execution and scale-up operations experience from a variety of senior roles in Management Consulting, Private Wealth Management, and Banking across Europe, Latin America, and Canada. With an engineering background and an unrelenting enthusiasm to understand how anything works to then figure out how to improve it, Jean Marc has developed a people-first approach to organizational problem-solving and driving positive change.
