Nick Goulding

Nick brings over a decade of real estate development, advisory, and brokerage experience in Canada and the U.S. to his role as Research Analyst.

Prior to Baker, he worked with several distinguished developers sourcing site acquisition opportunities and leading project pro forma analysis and deal underwriting. He has also worked extensively with one of the top commercial real estate brokerages in the GTA on a multitude of advisory projects and research and analysis initiatives.

His deep understanding of development economics and refined analytical skillset, combined with Baker’s leading-edge data, enable him to provide valuable insights and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Nick holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU, and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
