Ria Headley

Ria joined the Baker Real Estate Team in Spring 2025. She is a CPA who also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the West Indies. Before joining Baker, Ria worked in audit, as well as for some large retail companies, where she honed her reporting, financial modeling and business analysis skills. Ria’s role at Baker Real Estate involves financial reporting and analysis, as well as preparing budgets and forecasts, to drive business insights and executive decision-making.
