Sunya Farshchian

Since joining Baker Real Estate in 2021, Sunya has steadily advanced within the company. She began as a Project Administrator and, after earning her real estate license, transitioned into a dual role as Sales Representative and Head Project Administrator. This unique blend of sales and operational experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the development process, enabling her to contribute strategically across teams and client engagements.

Now working as Assistant Project Manager, Sunya brings the same dedication, adaptability, and big-picture perspective to every project she supports. A graduate of the University of Toronto with a degree in Media Studies, she combines strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Her passion for collaboration and meticulous execution continues to play a key role in Baker’s ongoing success.
